I have worked with Noel McCourt in the past 10 years or several projects. He is an outstanding Localization Engineer. Noel is very knowledgeable, very easy to work with and always responsive. We work from totally different time zones, and I am surprised by how willing he is to always make sure we get our deliveries on time.
